Holding a wide experience in the real estate and touristic field of over 25 years, Mr. Essam Mansour firmly set the balanced formula to create a vision that fulfills the customer needs along with accommodation essentials. Mr. Essam Mansour acts as CEO & Managing Director for Residence Developments; owning “Aroma ” one of the leading projects in Sokhna. His infused experience and strategic thinking certainly made him the perfect CEO for Akam developments.
Mr. Saad Al-Ghaithi
Board Member
His extensive experience in various businesses in the GCC area made him own a big range of honorary positions; President of the business council of the union of the Arab, Member of the saudi chamber, the saudi Egyptian economic council, the Saudi society for science urbanism, the Saudi council of engineers (expert engineer), And an observer member of the Arab league. He is also a deputy of the chairman of Asyad Capital Company for trading and contracting, and deputy of the chairman of the Arab company for human resources. Adding to that Mr.Saad al-ghaithi is a board member of Vision Company for management solutions and advanced systems, And he ’ s the Chairman of the board of al muhaid group. To finally pour his accumulated experience into our growing entity Akam developments.
Mr. Edrees Mohamed
Commercial Managing Director
Owning a treasure of 25+ years of experience in the Real Estate and Tourism field. He started his journey as a Deputy tourism manager for El Nahar Tourism, to leap and become a board member at Target for contracting and engineering consultancy, and that was only the beginning, as very soon after he became the Managing director of Alassema Real Estate. This unique blend made him liable to be the Founder of Benayat Developments and Edrees Innovations, which offers market studies and smart solutions, providing real estate developers with the right clients ‘ needs to achieve the highest ROI. To finally be known as the innovator, the founder, and the Chief commercial officer of the company that makes happiness a reality.
Mr. Hisham Kandeel
Engineering Managing Director
Eng. Hisham Kandel holds a vast experience of 20+ years that he now occupies the strategic position of Founder and Chief technical officer at Akam Developments, he also holds other significant positions for his deep experience; he’s a member of the Arab Union of Engineers and Egyptian Engineers Association. Previously served as the CEO of Al-Muhaid Engineering Consultancy from 2005 to 2016. He occupied several strategic roles during his stay in Saudi Arabia; member of the board of directors for Al-Muhaid Holding, Asyad Capital, Egyptian-Saudi Investment Company, and GIS Information Technology. After all, Mr.Hisham installed his broad experience to keep akam ahead with his innovative technical solutions.
